If you ever get stuck in a conversation about values or behaviour in your workplace, then you may be interested in this resource.
This pdf document provides you with a number of ‘values cards’ which you can sort into an order of importance.
Many learners find this activity helpful when working in cross-cultural companies as they can then articulate what is important to them, and thus avoid misunderstandings and conflict.
